Thank you for your interest in Ring of Fire Catering. This packet will familiarize you with our service costs for large and small event as well as an extensive list of menu items that have been popular at events. Our pricing is as follows:

 

 

All entrees are served with rice on the side unless it is a noodle or fried rice dish. Our servings are fairly large, so many guests order entrŽes to share and add salads, soups or appetizers and desserts to their order. We also offer a lunch special of $12.00 per person which includes salad, entrŽe and a drink.

 

We can serve buffet style, with plated individual servings or simply in take out boxes, which is the most inexpensive. We can also provide full bar and bartending services, on-site cooking and can assist with all your catering and event planning needs.

Additional charges may include:

á      10% service charge for delivery, set-up and pick-up

á      18% service charge to have your meal served by our staff

á      Delivery surcharge may apply for events more than 15 miles round trip

á      $15.00 per server hour

á      $20.00 per bartender hour

á      $40.00 per chef hour

á      $3.00 per person for rental of full service ware

The Orchid Room at the Ring of Fire/Lava Lounge

 

            Thank you for considering the Orchid Room to host your next event. The simple elegance of the Orchid Room, complete with signature Lava Lounge drinks, distinctive cuisine and Ring of Fire service, creates an ideal setting for graduation parties, large luncheons, wedding receptions, cocktail parties, banquets, birthday parties and business presentations.

            We can accommodate all of your needs for buffet-style catered events, business lunches and dinner meetings. Options range from Òoff the menuÓ ordering to special menu catered events to pre-ordered menus. Please inquire with the General Manager about these various service options when making your reservation.

 

Please help us serve you better by familiarizing yourself with these guidelines before making your reservation:

á       The Orchid Room comfortably seats approximately 40 people.

á       To reserve the room on Sunday-Thursday nights, there is a minimum of $400 before gratuity.

á       To reserve the room on Friday-Saturday nights, there is a minimum of $600 before gratuity.

á       The Orchid Room may be reserved for parties of 20 or more. Parties of 19 or less may share the room with other parties and are then not subject to a minimum.

á       Parties between 11:00am and 4:00 pm are not subject to the minimum.

á       No split checks please (2 check maximum).

á       All parties are subject to an 18% automatic gratuity.

á       A fee of $150 applies for any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice before the event.
